Register your interest now. We’ll keep you in the loop with regular updates and contact you with cut options one month before your beef is ready. It’s also at this time where you can let us know if you’d like to have your cow’s hide cured.
Oakridge beef will be hung for 10-14 days to allow natural enzymes to tenderise and enhance the flavour. Then we will deliver the packaged and butchered cuts to your home ready for the freezer.
